hmm i wont recommend u to do exeercise right now.only do walking n little bit of running if u can dunt push ur self too hard.u r still weak give ur self a mont or two months times thn do exercise n diet..

minahil dear aapne sehi kaha joint family mein exercise ka masla hojata hia uskeleiye
aap yeh karsakti hein ke beth kar khud purey ghar ka pocha lagayen is se aapki tummy par bahut jaldi bahut farq parega aur is se thighs par bhi kafi farq parta hia..i do it regularly even on crpets..
iske elawa aap 30 minutes se ziada bethen nehin ...musalsal..
walk karti rahen yahan wahan ...
hips par bhi pocha laganey se bahut farq parta hia
hips reduce karney keliye u have to walk alot..aap ghar mein bhi khud ko aisey kamon mein masroof rakhen jin mein aapko ziad bethna na parey..
subha ek glass neem garam pani mien 1 lemon aur 1 tsp honey dalkar nihar pet piyen usse bahut farq parta hai
khaney mein bhagar lagatey waqt kalonji ka istemal karen woh bhi bahut acha hota hia
aur khana pakatey waqt uski jab bhunayee kartey hein toh us mein us waqt ek tbsp vinegar add karliya karen its good..
choti choti cheezo se kafi farq parta hai
bella dear aap ne sehi kaha cezerian ke baad aap exercise nehin karsakti aur feed karwati hein baby ko toh diet bhi nehin karsakteen..
aap walk karsakti hien ..us se aapko problem nehin hogi inshallah toh agar aap ghar se bahar walk karney jasakti hien toh walk kiya karen ..its the best exercise..
meri dost hai yahan jiska baby cezerian se hua toh woh bhi walk hi karti thi bas..aur kuch nehin..
i had normal delivery toh i started exercise very soon..
khaney peeney mein aap khayal rakhen..like low fat milk and yogurt use karen..
pulses khayen us se feed bhi barhti hai aur aap ek time mein ek bowl pulses ka khayengi toh pet bhar jayega..
fried foods na khayen
healthy khana khayen
vegetables aur fruits khoob khayen
low fat milk mein fruits aur honey dalkar milkshake bana kar piyen..
inshallaht it will help u
aur phir kuch months baad jab aap exercise karsakengi toh phir toh aap inshallah aur jaldi weight loose karlengi..
weight loose karney keliye bas thoda sabar aur mustaqil mizagi ki zarurat hoti hai ..
mera beta ab ek saal ka hai mnashallah aur ab jakar kaheen mein ne apna weight wapis waheen pahuchaya hai jahan pehle tha..
toh time toh lagta hia lekin humein apni routine ko follow karna parta hia aur contrrol karna parta hia khaney peeney par..

yasmeen dear plzz take some time..coz u had ceserian ..
u should walk ..as much as u can as it is safe for u and it will help alot..
and if u feed ur baby then dont do diet....

inshallah u ll start losing weight soon..
breast feed karaney se bhi kaafi weight kam hojata hia
bella dear 30 minutes se walk start karna is good..!
then after 15 days aap time barhana shuru kardena like 5 minutes har 3 days baad increase karlen apney schedule mein..is tarhan ap ka time slowly barhega aur ekdum pressure bhi nehin feel hoga exercise ka
i did this thats why saying..
yasmeen dear aap bhi walk shuru karsakti hien ab..
slowly after few months jab aap bilkul theek hojayengi phir aap soft exercises se start kijiyega but u can start walk now..
is se bahut farq par jata hia.
WHITE BREAD KI JAGA BROWN BREAD KHAIYE agar aap breakfast mein bread leti hein aur haan boiled eggs khaiye instead of anything else in breakfast..2 hardboiled eggs are good for ur health also..
porrige is also good for increasing baby feed...cook it in low fat milk..and eat it..its good
jo chezen baby feed barhati hein agar aap woh khayen toh aapki feed par bhi asar nehin parega aur aap ki walk se aapka weight bhi theek hona shuru hojayega.inshalah

Jazak Allah Khair Somy...this is my first baby, Bus is C section ne mujhay bara weak kur dia hai...or aap ko tou pata hai k shuroo k 2-3 months kaise hotay hain...bus doaoon main yaad rukhye ga...waise main after eid pakistan jarahi hoon wahan se bhi contact rukhongee app sub lougoun se inshaAllah.

mai yha apnay hubby n betay kai sath rehti hoo..aur yha har 1month badh lagatar 4 to 5 dawat ajati hai tou phir jo dietinh hoti hai wo rukh jati hai ....apki tips waqai bht achi hai ....duaow mai yaad rakay
sabkay babies ko bht pyar....aur hum jub 3months badh Umray pai jatay hai tou sari routine dst hojati hai cz wha tou apni pasand ka khana nai milta tou bs dieting mai ghapla zarori hai.

umme huzaifa fresh juices toh best hotey hein always..but if u dont get time to make them..toh u can drink ready made juices
nestle ka orange juice is sugar free and plz always check the amount of calories that is given on back side of juice box or anything..in this way u ll always know how much calories or fat are u taking while eating or drinking that thing..
har chez ke pechey ek chota sa table diya hota hia jis mein amount of fat and calories di hoti hein..if it is high then u should not buy it coz if u buy it then surely u ll drink or eat it..
jin chezon se dur rehna chahhiye for weight..unko aap khariden hi nehin agar zaruri nehin hai for family..then u can avoid them
mein waisey NADA ka lemon juice peeti hun..ek glass ek din mein..it has calories..like 57 in 100 ml..
baqi nestle ke juices pi sakti hein aap after checking the amount of calories..i think apple and orange juices mein itni calories nehin hoti hein..mango juice mein kafi ziada hoti hein

jazakAllah khair for reply....hmm saudia mai nestle ka juice milta nai jha tak mujay maloom hai....aur jha mai rehti hoo saudia mai yha Nada juice nai milta ...haan jub jeddah makkah jana hota hai tou pitee hoo...
apnay jo btaya hai mujay maloom hai meray husband check kartay hai doctor hai aur fit bhi rehna chahtay hai:)
mai jub nai khana chahti hoo bt jub beta ka bacha huwa khana zaya nai karti tou khana par jata hai anyways kosis purii hai ...
aj se kuch routine change ki hai bht acha laga...dua kariey ga kai is pai sabit qadam rahoo ameen

i want to lose my waight but its seems impossible.mian nashtya mian aik galss aarooo ka pani bana ker pati hoon.aik ensure milk powder pani mian mila ker patii hoon.
lunch mian frutes ka aik donga bher key kati hoon.then 6 o clock aik roti kahtii hoon .rat mian aik glass milk latii hoon aur soo jatii hoon.aur haan mujy constipation problem be haa.boht cronic haa.plzz help me

salam to all kp members, foremost important n good tip is green tea , if u start drinking it after every meal n offcourse without sugar n milk it willl definitely work n for the constipation take 2 spoon of BENE FIBER FORMULA EVERY NIGHT , IS GOOD NPLS DONT 4GET TO DRINK LASSI OR CHACH WITHOUT SUGAR IS ALSO GOOD FOR CONSTIPATION . DO TRY N LET ME KNOW.

assalamualikum wr wb sis try to do some woke must in any time specialy in the morning and try 2 keep ur self active in all ur work and if u cant do it then control ur all heavy diet and keep roza every 2 days in a week (sunnat ki niat se monday and thursday) its definetly work for lossing waight and for constipasion proon juice is best
