iske elawa aap 30 minutes se ziada bethen nehin ...musalsal..

khaney peeney mein aap khayal rakhen..like low fat milk and yogurt use karen..
pulses khayen us se feed bhi barhti hai aur aap ek time mein ek bowl pulses ka khayengi toh pet bhar jayega..
fried foods na khayen
healthy khana khayen
vegetables aur fruits khoob khayen
low fat milk mein fruits aur honey dalkar milkshake bana kar piyen..

aur phir kuch months baad jab aap exercise karsakengi toh phir toh aap inshallah aur jaldi weight loose karlengi..
weight loose karney keliye bas thoda sabar aur mustaqil mizagi ki zarurat hoti hai ..
mera beta ab ek saal ka hai mnashallah aur ab jakar kaheen mein ne apna weight wapis waheen pahuchaya hai jahan pehle tha..
toh time toh lagta hia lekin humein apni routine ko follow karna parta hia aur contrrol karna parta hia khaney peeney par..
