hi everyone..here are some tips for keeping urself in shape and it can help people who want to lose weight...as m going through it myself and i have lost 10 kgs in last 2 months..Alahamdulillah
1: brush ur teeth after having even juice...it will not make u feel hungry for long time..coz jabtak hamarey moun mein kuch taste rehta hai we feel more n more hungry...after brushing ur teeth u will feel thursty not hungry..i do this and it really helps
2: keep ur tv remote away...so if u have to change a channel u have to get up and change it..not by sitting on ur sofa..iw ill help u also..
3: dont sit for more then 30 minutes..
4: do 10-20 push ups...then leave it...then after a lil time do again...i mean do it as often as u can..u wont feel tired and it will help u to shape ur tummy..u can even do while lying on ur bed n watching tv...
5:if u live in building..use stairs..not lift..its good for u
6: this tip u must have heard that park ur car as far frm the shop as much u can so that u have to walk more to get to ur desired place..
7:drink alot and alot of water...even if ur not thursty..it will really really help u..
8:if ur having lunch or dinner...drink a glass of water before starting and after having 1/4rth of ur meal..drink a glass again..it will fillup ur stomach fast and u ll eat less..
9: stop eating sweet dishes..if u want to eat rice..boil in it alot of water with salt and when they are cooked ...drain them..most of the fat will be gone and dont eat more then a cup at one time..u can eat alot of salad and beans or pulses with this so u will not be hungry anymore..
10:add fruits in ur lunch and dinner...when half of ur hunger is left...have some fruits..thats better way to keep the food out..and not being hungry..
11:try to eat fruits in daytime and without lunch..and have ur dinner early..3 hours before u go to bed..its very important and dinner is important so instead of skipping dinner u can skip ur lunch and have fruits and juices in daytime
12:eat curd(yogurt)with ur meal..it keeps the stomach filledup for long time and helps digestion..
