hi everyone..here are some tips for keeping urself in shape and it can help people who want to lose weight...as m going through it myself and i have lost 10 kgs in last 2 months..Alahamdulillah

1: brush ur teeth after having even juice...it will not make u feel hungry for long time..coz jabtak hamarey moun mein kuch taste rehta hai we feel more n more hungry...after brushing ur teeth u will feel thursty not hungry..i do this and it really helps

2: keep ur tv remote away...so if u have to change a channel u have to get up and change it..not by sitting on ur sofa..iw ill help u also..

3: dont sit for more then 30 minutes..

4: do 10-20 push ups...then leave it...then after a lil time do again...i  mean do it as often as u can..u wont feel tired and it will help u to shape ur tummy..u can even do while lying on ur bed n watching tv...

5:if u live in building..use stairs..not lift..its good for u

6: this tip u must have heard that park ur car as far frm the shop as much u can so that u have to walk more to get to ur desired place..

7:drink alot and alot of water...even if ur not thursty..it will really really help u..

8:if ur having lunch or dinner...drink a glass of water before starting and after having 1/4rth of ur meal..drink a glass again..it will fillup ur stomach fast and u ll eat less..

9: stop eating sweet dishes..if u want to eat rice..boil in it alot of water with salt and when they are cooked ...drain them..most of the fat will be gone and dont eat more then a cup at one time..u can eat alot of salad and beans or pulses with this so u will not be hungry anymore..

10:add fruits in ur lunch and dinner...when half of ur hunger is left...have some fruits..thats better way to keep the food out..and not being hungry..

11:try to eat fruits in daytime and without lunch..and have ur dinner early..3 hours before u go to bed..its very important  and dinner is important so instead of skipping dinner u can skip ur lunch and have fruits and juices in daytime

12:eat curd(yogurt)with ur meal..it keeps the stomach filledup for long time and helps digestion..

OK EVERYBODY THIS IS IT FOR NOW..

very good tips u know somy i think most of us know these tips but when ever we read diet tips we feel as we r reading first time and get a lot of motivation
its very good u loose 10 kg
now a days once again i am trying to loose weight
bcoz i have 6 kg more then my ideal weight
kindly if u describe in detail ur exercise (push up) in urdu
bcoz when it comes to exercise i become very consious till i get the exact posture
plz explain it more

asalamualaikum bheegey nainaa...ur right actually yeh tipss humsab ko malum hein but zara ek dusrey ko motivate karney se sabko ek saath himmat miljati hai..like here ..sablog loose karna chahtey hein weight ..
acha pushups ka yeh hia ke...
seedhey let jao..zameen par ya bed par where ever u can..
aur apney donon hath apney head ke nechey rakhdo..jaisey apni hatheliyon par sar rakh detey hein...aur apni legs ko seedhey rakhna hai bilkull straight...and then very simple..tum apney hathon se apney head ko utha kar jitna uper lasakti ho apni body ko..i mean bethney ki koshish karo without folding ur legs..is se tumahri tummy press hogi..aur andar ki taraf hoti jayegi slowly..
agar paon uth rahey hon zameen se toh uske liye ek nice tip yeh hai ke apney paon kisi cheez mein atkaa lo..like bed ke necheytakey paon uth na saken..aur legs straight rahen..
i hope samajh aaya hoga naina..i trid my level best..
thigh reduce karney keliye ek exercise yeh hai ke...
karwat par let jao...aur jaisey tv dekhney keliye hum apney arm ko kohni par rakh kar sar utha letey hein na...waisey let jao aur bas apni leg ko uper uthao aur nechey karo..jitni baar karsako..
ek t araf se thak jao toh dusri karwat let kar yehi karo..
u can do this easily while watching tv..

dont worry..weight actually slowly reduce hona start hota hia but once it starts then it goes on losing isliye shuru mein thoda patience se kaam lena parta hia..
u have to run after ur son all the time..is se best exercise i dont think koi hosakti hai hehehe kyounke my son is also now 1 year old..
actually u have to move ur body as much as u can
aur khaney par control karna bahut zaruri hia...
dont starve urself but eat right..
shuru mein problem hoti hai but then u get used to it aur phir it will be surprising for u ke aap khud nehin khana chahengi utna fatty food...kyounke adat hojati hia..
sabse pehley apni diet mein se
fry item bilkull khatam kardo..
aur sweets bhi..
just remove them frm ur diet..
aur agar apko chicken khana hai toh eat it grilled....red meat kam khayen...week mein ek baar khayen enough hai...white meat..skinless is good but grilled or steamed..
grilled bahut tasty bansakta hai u wont miss fried then..
aur veggetables..u can stir fry themm uper lemon aur chat masala dal kar u can have a delecious meal..
green teat piyen..better without sugar..and add some lime juice..toh aur bhi acha hia..
add lemon to ur diet..like veggies par lemon juice dal len..chicken par..taste bhiu acha hojata hai

ek aur cheez jo bahut helpful hia woh yeh ke ofcourse family keliye toh sab banana parta hia kyounke sirf hum hi diet par hotey hein toh keep urself away frm those tempting smells and motivate urself..
SAY NO TO FOOD THAT MAKES U FAT!!! remember this line and kep saying this to urself..
u urself canbe an inspiration fr u...
apney liye alag se kuch bhi banayen aisa jis mein calories kaafi low hon
ek bowl bhar ke fruit chat bana kar rakhlen frige mein
aur jab bhuk lagey nikal kar khayen...
watermelon khayen jitna khasakti hien...i eat alott of watermelon...
aur apples bhi...
mujhe din mien jitni baar bhuk lagti hian..i eat watermalon or apple..and juices..
alag alag juices rakhlen frige mein takey aap bore bhi na hon same taste se aur maza bhi aye..
jab aapke samney aisi tempting chezen hon jo apko fat karsakti hian toh aap unse dur hojayen..aur apney sath ek apple lejayen heheheh
i do all this ..and now i ve got habitual of all this...toh no problem

agar ghar mien farsh hai toh very good otherwise aap carpet bhi pochey se saf karsakti hian apney paon ke uper beth kar..
khud ko jitna bend karsakti hien karen..jitna paseena niklega utna acha hia..
bahut bahut bahuuuuuuuuuuttttttt sara paani piyen..is se weight bahut jaldi kam hona shuru hojata hai..
dusting karen ghar ki bar bar...safayi karen..
30 mintues se ziada bethen mat bilkull...
apney liye khud kaam dhudhen..
pata hia ghar ke kaam hi hamari kaafi madad kar detey ehin weight kam karney mein..
mein apney liye khud kaam nikalti rehti hun..ye apney betey ke sath khelti rehti hun..uske pechey bhaagna..waghaira...yeh sab karen
dekhen weight kaisey kam nehin hota.
aur humsab aapke saath hein shazia..
see sablog kar rahey hein aap bhi shamil hojaiye is group mein

haan yeh yoga stpes mein count hota hia ke aapp beth kar sans andar kheencho...tummy andar hogi toh seena khud hi bahar ajayega...aur jitna ziada der karo utna acha hai..yeh mien ne bhi ek site par bhi parha thaa..
fitness sites aur cooking sites dekhna mujhe bhi bahut pasand hia nainaa..isliye info akathi karti hun takey jitna bhi hosakey sehi se weight kam kiya jaye...
chalo acha hia na hum milkar weight lose karengey toh sath sath ek dusrey ho hosla bhi detey jayengey:)

Fill up first on soups and salads—and eat fewer calories later.

Filling up on fiber- and water-rich foods first can help prevent you from overdoing high-calorie fare later. Research out of Penn State shows that eating a first-course salad can reduce overall calorie intake at a meal by up to 12 percent. And in a study in Appetite last November, people who started lunch with vegetable soup ended up eating 20 percent less than those who skipped the soup.

Drizzle Vinegar.


Having a tablespoon of vinegar with your meal, perhaps drizzled on your salad, may temper the spike in blood sugar (a.k.a. glucose) that occurs after eating a big, carbohydrate-rich meal. This sugar surge is a problem particularly for people with diabetes, who can’t clear glucose effectively; over time, excess glucose in the blood damages tissues. (For the rest of us, a steep rise in glucose triggers an equally rapid drop—which stokes appetite.) But in a 2005 study published in the Journal of the American ­Dietetic Association, consuming about 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar along with a bagel and fruit juice slashed the postmeal rise in glucose in half. It also resulted in subjects eating 200 to 275 fewer calories through the day. “The acid in vinegar may inhibit the digestion of the starch, so the starch is rendered into something like fiber, which can’t be digested well,” says Carol Johnston, Ph.D., R.D., professor and chair of the department of nutrition at Arizona State University. Drizzle a tablespoon of vinegar on your salad.


 


Eat Fruit....


If you’ve indulged in a decadent meal, consider fruit for dessert. In the Journal of the American College of Nutrition last April, Prior and his colleagues showed that eating antioxidant-rich fruits—including berries, grapes, kiwi and cherries—helps minimize the free-radical damage that occurs after a meal. Eating caloric meals, without antioxidant-rich foods like fruits and vegetables, can have harmful effects over time, says Prior. Finish your meal with a generous portion of fruit.

heheheh ur right shazzy..
u know i watch alot of cooking shows...on discovery travel and living also..bahut tempting hoti hein dishes but once u start controling urself then it wont leave any effect on ur diet...aur mein surfing bhi karti hun i surf alot of cooking websites also...un mein se i make dishes for my husband but as i told u mein ek apple lekar beth jati hun hehehe...
best of luch shazzy and dont worry ur not alone in this...hum sab saath hein..
