 ab apke tenshio k din khatam hue kad brhane k liye ap bamboo shoots ko apne istamal me le ayaen ab isko sabzi ki trha paka kr bhi kha skte hai . iska koi taste nhi hota ye bilkul phiika hota hai . agr apko ya kisi chote bache ko ye khae me problem ho to ap isko milk shake , soup ya sabzi k bich me dal kr b istamal krskte hain
ab ap maze kren or mere liye bsss achi C DUA :)

bamboo shoots kisi b super store se asani se mil jayenge ye usually tin me atey hain . chinese dishes me istamaal hotey hain .. 18 years tk tezi se height barh skti hai Q k ye growing age hoti hai is k bad km se km height brhti hai... 25 years tk brhti hai only 2 or 3 inches not more then that ... so give it a try may it will work for you INSHALLAH (: gOOd Luck :)

I have tried all these tacktics, but found myself helpless. My height is 5ft 2 inches and now I am happy with what I have got and I have stopped trying different and stupid methods to increase my height.
