Griddle chicken or tawa chicken.......

Ingredients:

Chicken pieces or chicken breast pieces: 1 bowl 

Garlic: 4 cloves chopped

Tomatoes: 3 large and chopped

Salt: to taste 

Red pepper whole: 1 tbsp or 2tbsp if you like

Lemon: 1

Recepie:

1< Put the griddle or tawa on fire and put some oil on it. Now add garlic to oil. Now put chicken on it. Also add tomato and salt and pepper to it.

2< Now cover the griddle. 

3< Cook the chicken for 15 min . 

4< Remove the cover and fry it untill all water dreid.  Squeeze the lemon at the end and fry the chicken.

5< chicken is ready. Garnish with green coriander.

6< you can also cook mince meat/qeema in this way.

Walikumasalam dandelion jee.....aap ka buhat buhat shukriya.ye tawa chicken ki recipe aapny send ki hai? Es main aakhir main chicken ko deep fry kerna hai ya taway pe he bhoon na hai? Aap ka buhat shkriya k aap ny reply kiya ni mai tou na umeed ho chuki thi ka shayad sb puranay loog he aapas main sharing kerty hain no space for new comers...but thanx a dozen!!

Salam sister maryam you are always welcome. Ap ko jub bhi koi recepie ya koi aur help chahiye ho tou ap pooch sakti hein. G mar'yam ap chicken ko bhoon lijiye ga tab tak jub tak pani dry na ho jaye. aur aik aur baat k akhir mein flame ful oonchi kar k bhoon lena ap is tarah taste acha aye ga aur akhir mein bhoonty hue lemon nichor dena ap. Bht acha taste ho ga.

Thanks jia. Aur g han yeh meri apni recepie hy mein phly aisy qeema bnati thi phir chicken try kia tou woh aur bhi tasty bna. Bht quick aur simple recepie hy mery bahi ko bht pasand hy. Shadi sy phly her 2 ya 3 din baad us ko bna kar deti thi.

Recpie for pancakes:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour/ maida
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • milk, just enough to make pourable batter

Preparation:

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in egg, oil, and enough milk for batter to pour easily. Mix lightly to blend. Place the batter for half hour. The batter rises after half hour so there is a need to mix it again.Pour the baterr on greasy pan or griddle in more than 2 places or according to the amount of batter. Cook pancakes on a hot, well greased griddle. This recipe for pancakes makes 2 to 3 servings. After cooking them place them one on another and pour honey on them.

Recepie of hummus:

Ingredients

  • Chick peas/or sufaid channa 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds (safayd til)/tahini sauce is more better 1/4 cup
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • cuminseed pwder 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup (or as required)
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice

Cooking Directions

     

  1. Boil the chick peas, and drain the liquid.

  2. Add chickpeas, sesame seeds, salt and cuminseed powderand lemonjuice in blender.

  3. Also add garlic, olive oil and water in the blender.

  4. Blend all the ingredients well.

  5. Garnish with corianderor mint leaves.

  6. Serve the dip with shawarma or other food items.

Salam ummm. G yeh sabut laal mirch he hy jo moti moti hoti hy aur grind nahi hui vi hoti hy. Aur inshaAllah kal tak ap ko aur bhi recepies mil jayein ge sehri k lye bhi aur iftari k lye bhi. Aur bht easy hon ge sari dishes.

main bii aap sab se ik recipe share karna chahon ghi
jasay k koftay bnana tora mushkil samja jata hai to esayly kofta recipe:

Qeema : 1/2 kilo
pyaz : 1 baray size ka (2 darmynay size ka for grvy)
Hari mirch: 6 se 7 adad
Hara dhaniya: 1 cup bareek kata howa
Maithee : 2 tbsp
Namak: to taste
tamatar : 1
Dhai:4 tbsp
pisi hoi laal mirch to taste
haldi : 1tsp
sokha dhaniya peesa howa: 1tsp
oil half cup
garlic ginger paste: 1 tbsp


ik blander mei pyaz hari mirch daal k bareek pees le zarorat parnay per ik chmch pani bi daal de
then qeema mei ye amaiza daal k hara dhniya, namak, maithee daal k achi se mixx kar k rakh dee

aab grvy k liye 2 darmyanay size ki pyar ko brown kar le or blander mei dhai k sath pees le pir pir us ko pain mei wapis daal k is mei namak, mirch, haldi, dhaniya,garlic giner paste or tamatar daal k achi trha bhoon le tora sa pani bhi add kar le jab masla ik jaan ho jay or oil oper aajay to qeema ki bolls bana k is grvy mei daal de or halki anch per bina hilay dhak de 5 min k baad ksi kapray se pakar k pain ko hilay jab bolls mei se pani nikal jay or oil oper ajay to 2 se 3 cup ya apni marzi ka shorba rkhna chahy utna pani daal k ik do baar boil kar le hara dhaniya or peesa howa garam masla daal k serve karay

aap k koftay tootay gay bhi nhi or skht bhi nhi ho gay Inn sha ALLAH

Salam ummm. Her jaggah ka temp different hota hy aur waisy bhi cooking mein agy peechy time ho jata hy. agar ap kahein bhi koi recepie dekhein tou temp waisy tou theek he likha hota hy leikin ap khud bhi adjust kar sakti hein. Aur sath mein yeh bhi k flame ka bhi dehaan rakhein k tez ya kum na ho jaye. Aur isi tarah mirch aur namak bhi ap khud sy adjust kar sakti hein. In short k ap chicken ko phly kum flame per pakayein phir jub thora pak jaye tou flame oonchi kar dein aur bhoon lein. Ahista  ahista ap ko adjustment ka pata chal jaye ga k her chez k lye kitni der pakana hy aur kya kuch dalna hy. Agar koi aur problem bhi ho tou ap zaroor pochiye ga.

  • Sehri qeema:
  • گائے کا قیمہ آدھا کلو (Beef mince ½ kg)
  • دہی ایک پاؤ (Yogurt 250 gm)
  • لیموں ایک عدد (Lemon 1)
  • فرائی پیاز ایک کپ (Onion 1 cup fried)
  • تیل آدھا کپ (Oil ½ cup)
  • نمک ایک چائے کا چمچ (Salt 1 tsp)
  • زیرہ ایک چائے کا چمچ (Cumin 1 tsp)
  • پسا گرم مصالحہ ایک چائے کا چمچ (Hot spice powder 1 tsp)
  • کُٹی لال مرچ دو چائے کا چمچ (Red chillies 2 tsp chopped)
  • پپیتا ایک کھانے کا چمچ (Papaya 1 tbsp)
  • ہلدی آدھا چائے کا چمچ (Turmeric ½ tsp)
  • ادرک اور لہسن کا پیسٹ دو چائے کے چمچ (Ginger and garlic paste 2 tsp)
  • ہری مرچ حسبِ ضرورت (Green chilli as required)
  • ہرا دھنیا حسبِ ضرورت (Fresh coriander as required)

     

  1.  

    گائے کا قیمہ دھو کر اس میں پپیتا، کُٹی لال مرچ، ہلدی، نمک، زیرہ اور پسا گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس (mix) کریں۔

     

  2.  

    ساتھ ہی اس میں فرائی پیاز (fry onion)، دہی، ادرک اور لہسن کا پیسٹ ڈال کر آدھے گھنٹے (half hour) کے لیے رکھ (marinate) دیں۔

     

  3.  

    اب ایک پتیلی میں تیل گرم (heat) کرکے اس میں مصالحہ ملا قیمہ ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ (low heat) پر آدھے گھنٹے (half hour) کے لئے ڈھک کر پکائیں (cook)۔

     

  4.  

    جب پانی خشک ہو جائے تو اس میں حسبِ ضرورت ہری مرچ اور ہرا دھنیا باریک کاٹ (finely cut) کر ڈالیں۔

     

  5.    Aur last mein lemon nichor dein.
