Recepie for Garlic Chicken Boti:
Ingredients:
1<chicken 1/2 kg boneless
2<green chillies 8-10 pisi hui
3<salt to taste
4<ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
5<garlic cloves 8
6<yougart 1 cup
7<turmeric powder/ haldi
8< ilaici 6 powdered
9< black pepper 1 tsp
10<oil as required for frying
11< green coriander 1 /2 cup katti hui
Method:
1< Sub sy phly chicken pieces mein namak,haldi,greenchillie paste, ginger garlic paste aur dahi daal kar marinate hony k lye 1 hour k lye rakh dein.
2< Phir oil mein garlic cloves kat kar light brown karein aur us mein marinated chicken daal dein aur dhak kar pakny k lye rakh dein.
3<Jub pani dry ho jaye tou dhakan uttar kar bhoon lein.
4< Jab chicken oil chor dy tou us mein kali mirch powder aur ilaichi powder daal kar mix karein aur akhir mein hara dhania charak dein ooper aur naan ya pratha k saath serv karein.
