jo fruits tumne mention kiye hien sirf wohi khaney hein ya aur bhi khasaktey hein unke elawa like watermelon etc?
3 servings of fruits at a time we can eat right? like we can make a fruit chat of one apple one banana and some grapes ? for one time right?
daytime mein sirf fruits hein aur shamko snacks hein and then dinner right?
aur haan morning breakfast mein i dont like coffee so i can take tea instead??
and about freshly squeezed juice i want to ask that can we replace this juice with limopani? without sugar
aur ek aur baat yeh puchni hai ke agar humein sirf ek hi cup peena hai chaye ka subha toh like we can add 1 tbsp milk in 1 cup so can we add 2 tbsp in one cup tea if we are taking only one cup tea instead of 2?
