now mazze ki baat yeh diet plan nadia khan ne be use kia he and she has done really well and i ve seen alot of improvement in her looks her face started to look slimon the fourth day so i think we can loose weight with this diet and its not boring at allllll!!!

teek he yar but plz stick to it ek bari mene or ustanni ne bhi ek or diet ki four days k liye and we lost 6 pounds in four days so i think we should try this its not boring like soup diet hennaa

jazzy actually mujhe thoda confusion hai...breakfast lunch aur dinner sab ek saath list hia toh thoda samajhney mein masla horaha hai..
aur yeh diet sirf 4 days keliye hia??
kab se start karen? monday is good i think

sablog batao ..monday par agree kartey hein sab toh inshallah monday se shuru kardetey hein.

aur har phase mein ek puri list hia..toh breakfast ki choices kahan tak hien aur lunch ki kahan tak hien? yeh thoda mixup hai agar alag karke bata do toh us mein se choices li jasakti hein na daily ke hisaab se..

jazzy jo questions mein puchna chati hun woh yeh hien tum inke answer kardo toh mein samajh jaungiAngel
jo fruits tumne mention kiye hien sirf wohi khaney hein ya aur bhi khasaktey hein unke elawa like watermelon etc?
3 servings of fruits at a time we can eat right? like we can make a fruit chat of one apple one banana and some grapes ? for one time right?
daytime mein sirf fruits hein aur shamko snacks hein and then dinner right?
aur haan morning breakfast mein i dont like coffee so i can take tea instead??
and about freshly squeezed juice i want to ask that can we replace this juice with limopani? without sugar
aur ek aur baat yeh puchni hai ke agar humein sirf ek hi cup peena hai chaye ka subha toh like we can add 1 tbsp milk in 1 cup so can we add 2 tbsp in one cup tea if we are taking only one cup tea instead of 2?

meri payarii somu yeh complet diet he 20 day ski or it has five phases and each phase consists of 4 days ok like phase one 4 phase 2 four days phase 3 four days etc ect

somy fruits to jitna marzi khao magar not more than one banana and no mangoes at all or haan apple pear grapes kiwi strawberries sab ek ek kar ke khao ziada time lage ga ok or break fast me chai lo mene bhi ese hi kia he or zarori nahi k coffee piyo or mene milk use kia he skimmed and cheating ki he sugar ki ;) or ese karo k diet k prtions bna lo jese ab vegetables jitni marzi kaho to nashta me vegetable omelet bna lo chai k saath or omelet k liye olive oil use kar lo thora sa just to grease the pan

jazzy yeh jo purey din keliye food hai isko apney hisaab se portions mein divide karke kha saktey hein naa bas restriction yeh hai ke itna hi khana hia is se ziada nehin right??
aur haan jo dinner mien chicken hia aur sath mein veggies toh unko mix karke khasaktey ehin na like strir fried chicken n veggies? without any dressing etc?

monday se start karungi mein inshallah..sath sath kartey hein naa jazzyyAngel plzzz ruk jaoo na do din
actually kal se weekend start hota hia yahan aur thursday ko itnaa traffic rehta hia ke bahar nikalna bahut mushkil rehta hia isliye mein friday ko hi ja paungi shopping keliye
toh phir hum saturday se bhi shuru karsaktey hein
yahan large fonts mein anouncement kardetey ehin ke we will start inshallah on saturday toh aur bhi kisi ko hamarey saath shamil hona hai toh woh log bhi saturday se shuru kardengey

aur log bhi ajao yaarr plzz jaldi jaldi....jitney ziada log eksaath shuru karengey utna maza bhi ayega aur time bhi kaisey guzar jayega pata hi nehin chalega..
