I have some tips for growing long and thick hair :
Take plenty of sleep and rest.
Always trim your hair often.
Limit the use of styling tools such as straighteners, hair dryers and hot rollers becasue these alll are damage your hair.
Take lots of vitamins in your diet that you get easily from the vegetable and fruits.

mera sawal hai ki maine ek brandede company ka fondition khareeda tha uska expiry date uske cover me printed tha aur us cover ko mere bete ne phek diya " to koi mujhe yeh batae ki ise mai kabtab use karo "halanki main janty hun ki koi bhi cosmetic ki cheez ko ek saal se ziyada use nahi karna chahiye. so please mere sawal ka jawab deden.

dear rafana ,app nau kudh hee sawal or kudh hee jawab day diya hay.Waisay meri mano tou app iss ko apni ear ya hand per laga kay ,overnight so jaien agar subah ko koi jalan ya irritation ho tou use na karain dooosri soorat mein aram say use karsakteee hain.
