Ingredients:
1< Potato- 4 medium and boiled
2< Plain flour/ maida- 6 tablespoon
3< knorr cubes-1
4< Milk- 1 tablespoon
5< salt- Half teaspoon
6< egg- 1/2 beaten
7< chinese salt optional- 2 piches
8< oil for frying
Method:
1< Sub sy pehly aloo mash karein. Bht zayada nahi normally hath sy jitna ho sakein. Aur allo boil bhi zayada nai karny itny k jitna gal sakein.
2< phir milk mein knorr cube daal ker mash karein aur us ko mix karein aur phir aloo mein dal dein. Agar ap k pass knorr cube nahi ha tou chinese salt aik tablespoon dalein. Leikin cube ka taste zyada acha ata ha.
3<Phir us mein half egg jo beat kia hua ha woh daal dein.
4< Sath mein 4 tbspoonmaida bhi daal dein aur sub cheezon ko apas mein mix ker dein.
5< Karahi mein oil garam kerny k lye rakh dein. Aur ub aik plate mein baqi bacha hua maida dalein. Aur aloo ki medium balls banayen aur plate mein daly hue maidy mein roll ker k deep fry ker lein. Bht tasty banein ge.
Agar khud khayein tou harydhania ki chatni k sath khayie ga bht mazy ki lagy gi.
