Deit plan is nothing else than a dramay bazi to make urself FOOOL... if u want to be slim, loose ur extra pounds from ur body then simply follow these steps. its a slow and long lasting process to tone ur body n make u SMART for ur man.
1- Avoid fried food as much as u can
2- drink lots of water
3- Drink green tea after 1 to 1.5 hours of your meal, it will help you to digest food properly and very good for the excretion of toxic acids in your body and with gradual or continuous use your skin will be starting glowing and you will feel lite.
4- eat fruits, which has more water content.
5- the most important thing is that you must do some physical activity it could be any game, walk for 40 to 45 mins daily at ur top speed or if u do proper exercise then it would be great.
the most imp thing is that u must be convinced and motivated from inside out taht u have to loose ur extra
weight that it!!
