Umm baaz dafa koi ingredient mery pass bhi nai hota hy aur agar woh important na ho tou mein chor deti hu. is mein bhi papita qeema galany k lye use ho raha hy is lye koi problem nai hy. is k ilawa bhi agar koi ingredient pass na ho aur important na ho means k agar woh recepie k taste mein important role play na kar raha ho tou usy chor dia karein ya subsitute use ker liya karein. InshaAllah ap bnaein achi bany ge recepie aur baqi recepies mein inshaAllah kal post ker du ge.

Chapli kabab:

Ingredients:

1<Qeema<> 1 bowl ya 1 pao

2<onion/pyaaz<> 1 bara finely chopped

3<Dried coriande/sookha dhania<> 2tbsp mota mota pisa hua

4<cumin seed/zeera<>1tbsp

5<anardana<> 1tbsp

6<green coriander/haradhania<> 4 tbsp kata hua

7<green chillies/hari mirch<> 3 tbsp pisi hui

8<salt <> to taste

9<besan<>3 tbsp

10<redpepper/surkh moti mirch<> 2 tbsp

11< oil talny k lye

NOTE<> Anar dana agar nahi bhi hy tou koi baat nahi. Aur pyaaz jitna finely chopped ho ga kabab toty ga nahi. Aur kabab ko jorny k lye ap masaly mein bhi anda daal sakty hein .

 

Recepie:

1< Qeema mein sari chezzein daal ker mix karein.

2< Pan ya tawwa per thora oil dalein. 

3< Jub oil garam ho jaye tou pehly aik choti tikiya bnayein aur tal ker dakhein k toot tou nai rahe agar na tooty tou baqi masaly ki tikiya bna ker tal lein.

4< Agar toot rahe ho tou us mein thora aur besan daal dein phir check karein. 

5< Chutney aur salad  k sath serve karein. 

Ummm yeh recepie  meri apni hy mein kafi arsy sy is se bna rahe hu. Aur bht easy bhi hy aur sary ingredients bhi easy hein.

Ingredients
For flour tortillas: 
1 3/4 cups flour 
2 tbsp butter 
1/2 tsp saltClick to find more about salt 
1/2 tsp baking powder 
approx 1/2 cup warm milk or water 

For the vegetable filling: 
Onions, cabbageClick to find more about cabbage, beans, carrots, capsicum, baby cornClick to find more about corn, sweet cornClick to find more about corn,green peasClick to find more about green peas, mushrooms, spring onions or any vegetables of your choice 
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste 
Red chilli flakes 
3/4-1 cup grated cheese 
1/2 cup sour cream (optional)


Preparation
First combine all the ingredients except milk. 
Now slowly add the warm milk or water to knead to a soft dough, kneading well for 4-5 mts. 
Keep aside for 15 mts and during this sitting time of dough, prepare the vegetable filling. 
Make lemon sized balls of the dough and using a rolling pin to roll out like very thin rotis of approx 8″-9″ size. 
Pre-heat a griddle and place each tortilla on the hot griddle for only 4-5 seconds on each side and remove. 
They should not be roasted brown at this stage. 
Keep aside all the lightly toasted tortillas. 

For the vegetable filling: 

The vegetables I used were grated carrots, finely chopped cabbageClick to find more about cabbage, capsicum, baby cornClick to find more about corn, onions, sweet cornClick to find more about corn, grated paneer, tomatoes andcoriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves
Saute the garlicClick to find more about garlic first followed by the vegetables in olive oil for 3 minutes, season with saltClick to find more about salt and red chilli flakes. 
(you can skip the saute part). 
Take the vegetable filling and place in the center of each tortilla, spread a tbsp of sour cream, sprinkle grated cheese and wet the edges of the tortilla with water. 
Place another tortilla on top and press the edges. 
Take a fork and press along the edges as shown in the picture above. 
Pre-heat a griddle and on medium heat roast both sides of the quesadilla flipping over to toast both sides. 
Ensure that you cook it over medium heat, you want the cheese to melt inside. 
Drizzle some oil if you want while frying the quesadilla. 
Remove quesadilla onto a serving plate, slice into triangles with a pizza cutter and serve hot with salsa or tomatoClick to find more about tomato sauce.
