Chapli kabab:
Ingredients:
1<Qeema<> 1 bowl ya 1 pao
2<onion/pyaaz<> 1 bara finely chopped
3<Dried coriande/sookha dhania<> 2tbsp mota mota pisa hua
4<cumin seed/zeera<>1tbsp
5<anardana<> 1tbsp
6<green coriander/haradhania<> 4 tbsp kata hua
7<green chillies/hari mirch<> 3 tbsp pisi hui
8<salt <> to taste
9<besan<>3 tbsp
10<redpepper/surkh moti mirch<> 2 tbsp
11< oil talny k lye
NOTE<> Anar dana agar nahi bhi hy tou koi baat nahi. Aur pyaaz jitna finely chopped ho ga kabab toty ga nahi. Aur kabab ko jorny k lye ap masaly mein bhi anda daal sakty hein .
Recepie:
1< Qeema mein sari chezzein daal ker mix karein.
2< Pan ya tawwa per thora oil dalein.
3< Jub oil garam ho jaye tou pehly aik choti tikiya bnayein aur tal ker dakhein k toot tou nai rahe agar na tooty tou baqi masaly ki tikiya bna ker tal lein.
4< Agar toot rahe ho tou us mein thora aur besan daal dein phir check karein.
5< Chutney aur salad k sath serve karein.
Ummm yeh recepie meri apni hy mein kafi arsy sy is se bna rahe hu. Aur bht easy bhi hy aur sary ingredients bhi easy hein.
