Asalam-o-Alaikum to all Kp friends and members...... I m back after a long time with 1 diet plan for those who want to loose their weight.....Its very easy diet plan and everyone can follow it....

Here it is :

Break fast:

I cup skimmed milk or I cup skimmed yoghurt

2 toast brown bread or 1 cup corn flakes

2 tsp lowfat cheese or 2 tsp Labneh( for those who lives in KSA)

Tip of salad ( cucumber/tomato/lettuce)

Snack: Half cup fresh fruit juice or 1 apple

Lunch:

30gm chicken/mince/fish grilled or boiled

1 cup boiled rice/ pasta/loaf bread/boiled or baked potato

1 medium size bowl of salad with 1 tsp olive oil

Snack: Half cup fresh fruit juice or 1 apple

Dinner:

1 boiled egg or can of tuna fish

2 toast brown bread

1 medium size bowl of salad with 1 tsp olive oil

Snack: 1 cup of skimmed milk or 1 cup yoghurt

Mene ye diet plan hospital se aik nutritionist se liya ha.... aur mene is diet ko 1 month follow kiya and lost 6 kg in a month....is diet plan k saath walk bhee kerni hay... werna slowly weight kum hoga..... daily 20 min walk is must with this diet plan......Try only for two weeks ... and definetly u will loose 3 kgs in 2 weeks....... If u feel there is too much to eat then u can skip any snack but not any thing from breakfast/lunch or dinner...now a days u can eat watermelon at snacks time.... its healthy and low in calories....

I have another diet plan for those who have new born babies and feeding them....if anyone want that diet plan tell me... I will happily share with u....

I missed u too.... mai bhee soch rahi thi k ye post dekh k kanwal ne reply kio nahee kiya....
ye to ho nahee sukta jaha diet ka ziker ho waha meray ilawa kanwal na ho...(hahaha)

Ye diet zaroor try kero....mera is say 7 kg weight ab tuk kum ho chuka ha..... tum i think rice nahee khati to rice ki jaga 2 slice brown bread ya half brown khubaz le suktay hain...

Mene ye diet plan le k socha tha k ager mera weight kum howa to KP per sab k saath share karongi....

Dear Ummuaz sahe guess kiya ap ne.

And Rice khaye thay aj dear with little curry. Plan nahi khaye jatey.

Baqi sab ok hai and I walk on treadmill for 40-45 minutes daily.

i dnt think dt any diet plan will work untill u r having bst exercise....the easiest exersice 2 loose wight z walk...u can lose lots of weight by it..r skipping, stairs, r also really good & easy....

i think the best diet z dt u eat every thin according to sunnat method...what our Prophet says...hr chez ek hisab sy khin r apni exercise continue rakhin to ap kabhi bhi moty nahi hongy..r walk sy body ko sahi shape milta hai...so keep dng dt..

Thaks I m following this diet plan and I redused 2 kg in 5 days .....I m not doing exercise but actively doing my household task....once again thanks....even yesterday I eat subway... cheating ki main nay thori si...:)

main bi yah diet plan follow krny ka soch rahi hun .is diet plan main mujy ju khubi nazer ai hai wo yah hia k ismain boht sari chizain nai hai .kuch chizain hai ju aram se mil jay gi.snack bi zayada nai.bus thori problem yah hai k jab ghr main mazy mazy ki chizain bany tu busssssssssssssssssssssssss.main is diet plan ko 1 jan se start karo gi qk kuch chizain bazaar se leni pery gi..............................and kb noon regular rahna tak hum discussion kar saky.or motivate bi rhy....................

Could you pls share the diet plan for those moms who are feeding? I'm soon goin to be a mom inshAllah and I really want to get back to my original weight after delivery. So, pls share that diet plan so I can get rid of the extra weight/

I will try this diet plan this month. Lets see if it works for me...Thanks Ummuaz...I used to read post time to time and i know there used to be some fimiliar names like kbnoon, somy, ummuaz, ustaani i dont know where all they have gone bcoz they were quite active... main bhi kafi arsay k baad yahan ayi tou kafi weeran sa lag raha hai ...i hope k hum sub mil kur phir se yahan batain karaingay or apne diet experiences ko share karaingay...

i m back janab :) apnay page k saath itna busy rehti hoon k yaha regular nahee aa sukti...
