Here it is :
Break fast:
I cup skimmed milk or I cup skimmed yoghurt
2 toast brown bread or 1 cup corn flakes
2 tsp lowfat cheese or 2 tsp Labneh( for those who lives in KSA)
Tip of salad ( cucumber/tomato/lettuce)
Snack: Half cup fresh fruit juice or 1 apple
Lunch:
30gm chicken/mince/fish grilled or boiled
1 cup boiled rice/ pasta/loaf bread/boiled or baked potato
1 medium size bowl of salad with 1 tsp olive oil
Snack: Half cup fresh fruit juice or 1 apple
Dinner:
1 boiled egg or can of tuna fish
2 toast brown bread
1 medium size bowl of salad with 1 tsp olive oil
Snack: 1 cup of skimmed milk or 1 cup yoghurt
