Mein yahan samoson ki recepie share karna chahoon ge. yeh recepie achanak sy he mujh se ban gai the aur bht ache bani the hope aap ko bhi ache lage ge.
Ingredients:
1<cabbage> 1 cup
2<boiled chicken> 1 cup
3<boiled potato> 2
4<black pepper\kali mirch> 1teaspoon
5<chinese salt> 1 tablespoon
6<dried mint\ sookha podina> 1 teaspoon
7<salt> to taste
8<oil> as required
9<vinegar> 1 tablespoon
10< samosa patti> as required for the whole masala
Method:
1< Sub sy phly thora sa oil daal dein. Phir us mein katti hui aik cup ghobi daal dein.Us ko thora sa pakny dein. Bandghobi fry karty hue adha chinese salt daal dein.
2< Jub ghobi thori puk jaye to us mein boiled chicken mein shred kar k daal dein aur sath hi boiled aaloo bhi mash kar k daal dein.
3< Ub in teeno chezoon ko aik mint k lye pakayein aur phir baqi chezein jin mein namak,sirka,podina,kalimirch aur baaqi ka bacha hua chinese salt daal dein.
4< Thora sa sari cheezon ko pakayein aur uttar kar thanda kar lein.
5< Thanda hony per pation mein fill kar k fry kar lein.
Tip:
Is k lye aik tip dena chahoon ge k agar ap k pas shan ka tika masala ho to aik teaspoon shamil kar dein is sy aur bhi zayada acha taste aye ga. Aur saath mein agar boiled matar bhi daal dein tou woh bhi achay lagein gy.
