Salam friends!

                      Mein yahan samoson ki recepie share karna chahoon ge. yeh recepie achanak sy he mujh se ban gai the aur bht ache bani the hope aap ko bhi ache lage ge. 

 

Ingredients:

1<cabbage> 1 cup

2<boiled chicken> 1 cup

3<boiled potato>  2

4<black pepper\kali mirch>  1teaspoon

5<chinese salt> 1 tablespoon

6<dried mint\ sookha podina> 1 teaspoon

7<salt> to taste

8<oil> as required

9<vinegar> 1 tablespoon

10< samosa patti> as required for the whole masala

 

 

Method:

1< Sub sy phly thora sa oil daal dein. Phir us mein katti  hui aik cup ghobi daal dein.Us ko thora sa pakny dein. Bandghobi fry karty hue  adha chinese salt daal dein.

2< Jub ghobi thori puk jaye to us mein boiled chicken mein shred kar k daal dein aur sath hi boiled aaloo bhi mash kar k daal dein.

3< Ub in teeno chezoon ko aik mint k lye pakayein aur phir baqi chezein jin mein namak,sirka,podina,kalimirch aur baaqi ka bacha hua chinese salt daal dein.

4< Thora sa sari cheezon ko pakayein aur uttar kar thanda kar lein.

5< Thanda hony per pation mein fill kar k fry kar lein.

 

Tip:

      Is k lye aik tip dena chahoon ge k agar ap k pas shan ka tika masala ho to aik teaspoon shamil kar dein is sy aur bhi zayada acha taste aye ga. Aur saath mein  agar boiled matar bhi daal dein tou woh bhi achay lagein gy.

Thai rice simple and tasty:

<Lemon grass 1 piece>  <  Limes 2   >     <  Brown basmati rice 1 cup >    < Olive oil 1 tbsp  >  <  Onion 1 chopped>           <  Fresh ginger 1 peeled>   < Coriander seeds 1 1/2 tsp >    <  Cumin seeds 1 1/2 tsp >  <  Fresh vegetable stock or water 3 cups  >    <  Fresh coriander 4 tbsps  >     <   Lime wedges to serve>


Cooking Directions:

Finely chop the lemon grass.

Remove the zest {peal} from the limes using a zester or fine grater or pealer.

Rinse the rice in plenty of cold water until the water runs clear.

Drain through a sieve

Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onion and spices, lemon grass and lime zest and cook gently for 2-3 minutes.

Add the rice and cook for another minute then add the stock and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to very low and cover the pan.

Cook gently for 30 minutes then check the rice.

If it is still crunchy, cover the pan again and leave for a further 3-5 minutes.

Remove from the heat.Stir in the fresh cilantro, fluff up the grains, cover and leave for 10 minutes.Serve with lime wedges.

Recepie of rasmalai:

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powder milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 pinches baking soda
  • 1 egg

Ingredients for syrup

  • 2 kg fresh milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom{ilaichi}    seeds powder

For Garnishing

  • 1 tsp chopped pistachio{pista}

Method

Boil fresh milk with sugar and cook on lower flame till milk remains 1 kg . Add green cardamon powder.

In a bowl mix well soda, milk powder, condensed milk, and add oil and mix together well.

Beat egg fork and add this knead a soft medium dough.

Quickly make tiny balls, slightly press and give oval shape.

Boil milk and add all balls one by one then height the blaze and lower blaze then again high blaze and lower, do the same for 7-8 times till balls swell up.

Remove from stove after it gets cool keep in refrigerator. Garnish by chopped pistachios. Delicious Ras Malai Is ready to eat. Serve chilled.

hmmm.....waow bohot hi achi recipe hai samoson ki mai chiken kabhi nai use kia is bar try kron gi....samoson k liye mai bhi aik tip daiti hon ap samosey bna lai aur baqi k freez kr lai jab khaney ho tou usko 10 mint pehley freezer se nikal kr fry kr lai,,,,,,baqi sab recipies bohot achi hai

                     Thanks for liking the recepie and also for the tip. I also do the same thing but do not freeze the chicken samosa because it effects the taste of chicken. And hope you also like the other recepies when you try them.
