Assalam-o-Alaikum
i want to loose weight specially my belly fat but i cann't do exercise as i have generalized anxiet disorder and i get tired doing exercise.My question is to dear anfalhasan.my height is 5 feet 6 inches nad weight is 62 kgs.Before anxiety i was quite slim and under weight but now for last 6 years i'm at home doing nothing much.Please tell me for how many days one should use your tip for weight loss(that of ajwain,asapghol etc)?.

I will love to join in. I have read alot that green trea after every meal with some lemon juice can help to reduce weight and cholestrol also.

yaheen hein kanwal jana kahan hai bas jab bohat din tak koi respond nahi karta to phir mein bhi post karna band kar daity hoon aap batao kaisy diet chal rahi hai aur kitna weight lose kiya???

Thanks for asking Kanwal Im fine Alhamdolillah ...yaar dr smith ki diet is forum k start mein hai mein ne 2 days tak follow ki then I got swear Acidity aur I had to switch on to cold milk for 2 whole days to phir chor di ab try kar rahi hoon cal control hi aur shaid 1 - 1.5 kg ka farq bhi para hai but aik do din k baad kuch kaha nahi ja sakta

Okay Eeya jee I have same problem of gastric and acidiy I m also trying to watch out calories and trying to stcik on 1200 calories consumption / day.

I just avoid oily and more spicy foods.

And now adays I am eating Grapefruit so it's quiet effecting.

hello friends again i m starting to lose weight.dears weight itna bar gaya hai serious hoty hoty k ab agr control na kia tu bari problem ho jay gi now my weight is 82 kg and from tomorrow i will start 2 days soup diet.because my weight become stuck.may bi it decrease by this soup diet after 2 days of soup diet i will follow yellow daal diet again for two days.then i will have to go for ummra and during 3 days i will have to eat rice broste etc.i will try to get some fruit.Inshallah m will post daily and tell u guys about my weight.if any one interested plz feel free to join me.my over all target is 35 kg but i divided this target into 6 months and 5 kg goals.from coming Saturday i will repeat again these 2 diet to eliminate the those food effects that i will eat during umrah.
