Assalam alaikum zashah...aapka ye nuskha main bhi istemal karna chah rahi hoon..........but usse pehle ek bat aapse clear karna chahti hoon..mera baby 9 months ka hai,aur mere zariye ye cheezen kya us per kuchh efct kar sakti hain ya nhin.....kyunki kisi ne mujhe bataya tha ki green tea abhi mujhe use nahin karni chahiye....aapka kya khayal hai.....please reply zaroor karen time nikalkar...thanx...:)

w;salam Lubna....! aap iss nuskhay k sath 2 cheezon ka dhayan rakhain...... 1: diet main suger aur chikna'i(fats, oil etc) se avoid karain.... 2: daily 20 to 30 mints ki walk zaroor karain!

دوستو! اِن چهٹیوں میں پاکستان جا کے خوب دعوتیں کهانے اور پهر رمضان میں خوب افطاریاں کهانے کی وجه سے میرا وزن بهی بڑه گیا ....اور وزن کم کرنا اِتنا آسان بهی نهیں....... بہرحال میں نے ایک ڈائٹ پر عمل کرنا شروع کیا جو که کافی آسان تهی..... اس سے تین دِنوں میں میرا دو کلو وزن کم هوا، باقی کے چار دنوں میں کوشش کی که وزن بڑهنے نه پائے.... اِس ڈائٹ کی مد د سے میں نے تین هفتوں میں سات کلو وزن کم کر لیا.....آپ بهی آزما کر دیکهیں....

خوراک کاشیڈول حاضر ہے۔
صبح8 بجے چائے یا قہوہ، صبح دس بجے چائے یا قہوہ، دوپہر بارہ بجے گرم دودھ کا گلاس، دوپہر دو بجے دودھ سوڈے کا گلاس، بعد دوپہر چار بجے ایک کپ چائے، شام چھ بجے گرم دودھ کا گلاس، رات نو بجے چائے یا قہوہ، رات کو سونے سے پہلے گرم دودھ کپ۔ یہ پروگرام ہفتے کے تین دن استعمال کریں اور موٹاپے سے نجات پائیں۔ نیز بلاناغہ ایک گلاس نیم گرم پانی میں شہد کا چمچ مکس کرکے چسکیاں لے لے کر پی لیں۔
نوٹ: تین دنوں میں اس خوراک کے علاوہ اور کچھ استعمال نہیںکرنا۔

جی هاں تین دن تک اِسی روٹین پر عمل کرنا هے اور باقی کے چار دنوں میں هلکی پهلکی غذا استعمال کریں ویسے بهی اس ڈائٹ سے آپ کی بهوک کافی کم هو جائےگی.

Aap ki tips to best of the best hote hain. I will try this as well inshallah. but please also share with us what your sister ate with the kalongi, methre, green tea and ispaghol nuskha and lost so much wight.

salam.ap ne jo dawai weight kam kerne k leye batai hai kia mere leye wo theek rahe gi darsal mera 5 mah pehle cesserion hua hai aur feed bhi kerwati hunmujhe garam cheezain theek nahi rehti so plz
