honey n dalchini in warm water is good for stomach and for problem of knee pain also and honey khalis ho to cholestrol chand hafton me he kam ho jata he. mera cholestrol isi se theek hoa mgr honey asli hona chahey.asli thora expensive he lekin sehat se barh k nahi

hello everyone

i have a recipe to share....

take 6 glasses of water

add

1 tbsp green tea

1/2 inch ginger piece

2tbsp saunf

2tbsp masoor daal

1tsp kalonji

boil till it remains 4 glasses...(boil at night)

in morning take 1 cup (make it luke warm) and squeeze 1/2 lemon and dring

drink the remaining 3 cups throughout the day(in the same way with lemon)

follow any diet plan just make sure whenevr u use oil just spray the pan with the oil (u can keep the oil in a spray bottle)

excercise for 20 min daily( any excercise that suits u like i enjoy aerobics i cant do tradmill i get bored)

i lost 14kgs in 3 months and still following this plan...this really works

and let me add one thing that my weight loss process i slow cause i have PCO's and thyroid problem so those who do not have any medical problem this is going to work even faster

sure kbnoon

breakfast main i take one cup coffee with very little milk and artificial sweetner

one slice with either margerine or very little cheese spread

 

then at around 11 i take an apple

lunch :i dont take chappati..2wice a week 1 cup boiled rice with daal (without oil)

or any salan/chicken/mutton or vegetable) just with spoon

dahi6-7 tbsp

evening: coffee or tea with lil milk and no sugar (u can add art.sweetner)

1-2 biscuits (any bis without cream)

dinner : any salan or daal cooked at home with spoon and if veryhungry i take a slice og brown bread

SOME IMP TIPS:

1. drink 3 glasses of water b4 every meal thay makes abt 12 glasses

2. Do treat urself on every weekend( iss say yay hota hay kay aap apnay aap ko baichara feel nahin kartay kay hum tu kuch kha hee nahin saktay,so har weekend par apni pasand ki har cheez khain even pizza aur broast magar kam quantity main and secondly iss intizar main kay weekend par apni pasand ka khana khana hay week bhee acha guzar jaata hay otherwise kahi kabhi diet say irritate ho kar dieting khatam kar daitay hain)

3. koi bhee excercise zaroor karain buhat nahin tu 20 mins zaroor karain

4.kisi waqt beech main bhook lagay tu kuch khanay say better hay kay coffee pi lain or may be green tea with lemon..waisay aab weather change ho raha hay tu coffee laina mushkil nahin ho ga

5. watch ur weight everyday..aur koshish karain kay digital weighing scale lay lain coz agar aik point bhee weight increase hota hay tu pata chal jata hay aur rozana weight daikhnay ka faida yay hay kay agar 1-2 lbs ya even 1 kg bhee barhay tu uss ko kam karna easy hay compared to 3-4 kgs

yay sab maira personal experience hay and bel me iss main zara bhee mushkil nahin hotee coz aap khana proper khatay hain aur wohi jo sab kh rahay hotay hain coz aik tu alag pakana difficult bhee hota hay aur doosra phir sab kay liay pakki hoii cheez daikh kar craving hotee hay........

phewwwww itna sara buhat arsay baad type kia but do try all this and keep in touch coz buhat saree problems discuss karnay say aur share karnay say solve ho jattee hain

well donee kbnoon........1kg 1 week main buhat acha hay coz weight loss agar buhat fast ho tu wapas bhee waisay hee ata hay...laikin oil bilkul nan chorna coz agar aap bilkul oil free khana khanay lago tu jaisay hee thora sa oil use karna shuroo karain weight loss par effect hota hay din main atleast 1 tsp oil zaroor laina ya phir aik tareeqa mairee dietition nay bataya tha kay aap aik spray bottle lay lo uss main 1/ cup oil aur 1/2 cup water mix kar lo aur jis pan main khana pakana ho uss main iss bottle say spray kar kay oil dalo....sugar intake ho sakay tu chor do coz yay sirf empty calories hain.......

secondly kisi surat constipation nan honay daina coz iss say bhee weight loss par asar parta hay...

friends mera weight be keey suraat kam nahee hoo raha hai..main last 2 month say diet kar rahee hoo but no result our main exercise be kar rahein hon....mera 62 pay weight aa kay ruk gay hai our kissy surat be kam nahee hoo raha..main at leat 5 kg more loss karna chah rahee hoo...but kassy..green tea be peetein hoon.but no result.

cutebird...weight kabhi kabhi stuck ho jata hay uss waqt agar 1-2 din cabbage soup lay lain and leave everything else for 2 days tu weight loss phir say shuroo ho jata hay...ya phir thoree see change apni diet main kar lain for abt a week..laikin kbnoon plz plz weight stuck honay par phir say khana peena mat shuroo karna coz aisa hota hay ..weight lose karna bilkul asaan kaam nahin ....would u bel kay main almost koi 10 yrs say koshish kar rahi thee weight kam karnay ka laikin yahee chakkar hota tha kay kabhi weight kam hona uk gaya ya even diet kay saath barhnay laga tu diet chor dee aur phir weight barh gaya so just dont give up and u'll def get the results insha Allah

aur skin aur hair kay liay raat ko aik cup skimmed milk lay saktay hain that wuld def work

doosree baat aap nay bilkul theek kahi k jab weight stuck ho jata hay toa fadup nai hna chaheye....
aur sahi execise choose krain...dieting aur starvation mein farak hta hay...starvation se kabhi weight kam nai ho ga....bhook rakh k khain choatay portions mein khain...aur rozana EVENING PRIME ROSE OIL ki aik tablet zaroor lain ic se nails hair aur skin bht fresh rahti hay....ye sochain k jab weight aik din mein nai bharha tooa ghat itni jaldi kaisay sakta hay...saber se walk exercise krain...aur weight k saath ki hoi exercise bht dair tak weight nai bherhnay daiti ye mera azmaya hay..
