breakfast main i take one cup coffee with very little milk and artificial sweetner
one slice with either margerine or very little cheese spread
then at around 11 i take an apple
lunch :i dont take chappati..2wice a week 1 cup boiled rice with daal (without oil)
or any salan/chicken/mutton or vegetable) just with spoon
dahi6-7 tbsp
evening: coffee or tea with lil milk and no sugar (u can add art.sweetner)
1-2 biscuits (any bis without cream)
dinner : any salan or daal cooked at home with spoon and if veryhungry i take a slice og brown bread
SOME IMP TIPS:
1. drink 3 glasses of water b4 every meal thay makes abt 12 glasses
2. Do treat urself on every weekend( iss say yay hota hay kay aap apnay aap ko baichara feel nahin kartay
kay hum tu kuch kha hee nahin saktay,so har weekend par apni pasand ki har cheez khain even pizza aur broast magar kam quantity main and secondly iss intizar main kay weekend par apni pasand ka khana khana hay week bhee acha guzar jaata hay otherwise kahi kabhi diet say irritate ho kar dieting khatam kar daitay hain)
3. koi bhee excercise zaroor karain buhat nahin tu 20 mins zaroor karain
4.kisi waqt beech main bhook lagay tu kuch khanay say better hay kay coffee pi lain or may be green tea with lemon..waisay aab weather change ho raha hay tu coffee laina mushkil nahin ho ga
5. watch ur weight everyday..aur koshish karain kay digital weighing scale lay lain coz agar aik point bhee weight increase hota hay tu pata chal jata hay aur rozana weight daikhnay ka faida yay hay kay agar 1-2 lbs ya even 1 kg bhee barhay tu uss ko kam karna easy hay compared to 3-4 kgs
yay sab maira personal experience hay and bel me iss main zara bhee mushkil nahin hotee coz aap khana proper khatay hain aur wohi jo sab kh rahay hotay hain coz aik tu alag pakana difficult bhee hota hay aur doosra phir sab kay liay pakki hoii cheez daikh kar craving hotee hay........
