  • Lasagne strips (boiled)
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Tomato puree of 4-5 tomatoes
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Italian herb 1 tbsp
  • Ajinomoto
  • Nutmeg powder
  • Cheese spread
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • For White Sauce:
  • Milk 3 cups
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Flour 3-1/2 tbsp
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ajinomoto

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil put mince and fry.

  2. Add salt, paprika, black pepper, tomato puree, italian herb and mashrooms stir and let it cook with addition of some water.

  3. For White Sauce: Heat pan and melt butter.

  4. Put pepper, salt, ajinomoto and flour.

  5. Remove from heat and add milk slowly whilst strring.

  6. Put again on stove then cook for a few minutes.

  7. Grease baking dish.

  8. Layers:Assemble boiled pasta strips on baking dish.

  9. Sprinkle some nutmeg powder.

  10. Spread Qeema and white sauce also.

  11. Repeat layers again.

  12. Top layer should be lasagne strips.

  13. On top put cheese spread and mozzarella cheese on top also sprinkle some nutmeg powder.

  14. Bake at 180 degree for 20 minutes.
