  • Mutton mince 1 kg
  • Green onions 4-5 (cut into small pieces)
  • Chinese salt to taste
  • Lemon 4-5
  • Vinegar to taste
  • White flour 1/2 kg
  • Eggs 6
  • Milk 1/2 litre
  • Steamer/steaming special pot 1

Cooking Directions

  1. For dough: combine flour,eggs and milk; knead it well set aside.

  2. For filling: cut the onion in small pieces and marinate with salt, lemon, vinegar, chinese salt; set aside for 10 minutes.

  3. Now make medium size breads.

  4. Then put the fillingl into bread pieces.

  5. Place in cook pot for 15 minutes.

  6. The Mamtou Special is ready to serve.
