Take mince add in onions, ¼ tbsp black pepper and 5 green chilies.
Now roll the mince mixture in the shape of kebabs.
Heat oil and fry the kababs.
Take some clarified butter in the pan.
Add in tomato paste, remaining green chilies, salt, ¼ tbsp black pepper and cook it till water dries.
Place the fried kabab over the gravy.
Pour in some ketchup from the top and keep it on the low flame to simmer.
Garnish with chili.
Serve hot Afghani kebab with nan.
