Heat oil in a wok and fry onions till golden brown.
Add ladyfinger, red chillies, and turmeric and cumin seeds.
Cook for a few minutes stirring frequently.
Then cover and cook for five minutes.
Sprinkle the juice of three lemons, green chillies and salt.
Serve hot with puri.
