Ingredients

  • Spinach Leaves 10-12
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Chickpea Flour 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Green Chilies 2-3
  • Chicken Cube 1
  • Yogurt 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp (roasted & ground)
  • Button Red Chilies 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Salt to taste
  • Soda bi Carb ½ tsp
  • Oil as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak spinach leaves with turmeric.

  2. Remove from water and keep them aside as it is.

  3. Sieve chickpea flour in a bowl and add egg, soda bi carb, chicken cube and yogurt. Mix well.

  4. Add luke warm water to it and make a fine paste.

  5. Now add crushed red chilies, cumin, green chilies and salt.

  6. Dip each spinach leave in the mixture and deep fry, till they turn golden brown.

  7. Serve with chili sauce.
