For Fish Curry -
In a bowl, take 1 Tbsp of Garlic Ginger Paste, Salt and marinate the pieces of Fish with it thoroughly.
Heat oil in a fry pan and fry the pieces.
Take out the fried pieces separately in a plate.
For Cumin Rice -
In a cooking pot, take 2 Tbsp of Oil, 1 Tsp Cumin. Stir fry a little and add water in it along with rice and salt.
Simmer on light flame ('Dam Dayna').
If desired color could be added.
For Curry -
In a cooking pot, heat 2 Tbsp Mustard Oil, and add 1 Tsp of Mustard Seeds, 2 Tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste, 6 Tbsp Oil and stir fry.
Add chopped Onions, Coriander sticks and fry more.
Now add 1 Tsp Red Chilli, 1 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder, 1 Tsp Turmeric, Salt and again stir fry.
Add Water and cook, when Oil gets visible, add Yoghurt and fried pieces of Fish.
Simmer on light flame ('Dam Dayna') and then serve.
