  • Beef Mince ½ kg
  • Bread slice 2
  • Onion 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Peanut 1 tbsp
  • Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg ½ tsp (ground)
  • Mace ½ tsp (ground)
  • Red pepper 2 tsp (crushed)
  • Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil as required

Cooking Directions

  1. In chopper put together beef mince, bread slices, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, peanut, dry fenugreek leaves, all spice, nutmeg, mace, red pepper, garlic paste and salt.

  2. Chop well all ingrdients to mix well.

  3. Now make into kababs and shallow fry with oil as required.
