Warm olive oil in a sauce pan and gently sauté garlic and onion until golden brown.
Add parsley, mushrooms and simmer for six minutes.
Add olives and salt and then the cream.
Cover the pan and cook for five minutes.
Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
Add it to the pan and toss in with the sauce for a few seconds.
Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
