Sabzion kay Malai Koftay

For Koftay:

Boil potato and green peas.

Mash potato and make batter.

Beat egg in a bowl and put corn flour in plate.

Add potato, green peas and cottage cheese in a bowl and mix together.

Now put green chili, black pepper, salt and raisin in batter and mix it well.

Now make balls from batter and coat it with corn flour and then egg and again with corn flour and fry it in oil.

For Gravy:

Take a pan and put onion paste, ginger garlic paste and tomato paste and cook it.

Then add dry cool, coriander powder, turmeric, green chili and all spice powder and cook it well.

Now pour little oil and cook it 2 – 3 minutes.

Add cream and water then mix meat balls in it.
