  • Kiwi fruit 2 (chopped)
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Mango puree 1 cup
  • Strawberries ½ cup (blended)
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend kiwi fruit in a blender till smooth.

  2. Spoon the mixture in 2 tall glasses.

  3. Top each with 2 tbsp of yogurt, spreading the yogurt to the sides of the glass.

  4. Top yogurt with mango puree then another layer of yogurt.

  5. Blend strawberries with sugar.

  6. Spoon the strawberry puree into glass.

  7. Serve immediately with a decorative straw.
