Ingredients

  • Oyster mushrooms 1 cup
  • Shitake mushrooms 1 cup
  • Button mushrooms 1 cup
  • Baby spinach 1 cup
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 2 – 3 (finely chopped)
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp (toasted)
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water and set out.

  2. Then break the stems of the shitake mushrooms and set aside, pull out when soft and chop in strips.

  3. Coarsely chop the oyster and button mushrooms and add the soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and oyster sauce and set aside.

  4. In a pan add the olive oil and the garlic paste and stir in the spinach and mushrooms.

  5. Add the remaining ingredients and stir fry.

  6. Serve hot.
