French Fritters with Strawberry Sauce

For Fritters:

In a saucepan, cook together butter, sugar, orange rind and raisin.

Leave to cool, then add flour, whisked eggs and water as per required consistency.

Beat the mixture well and make sure no lumps remain there.

Heat oil in pan, fry fritters mixture using spoon.

Fry till light golden.

When ready garnish with icing sugar and cream.

For Strawberry Sauce:

In a pan, cook together water and sugar.

Add strawberries and cook for 5 minutes.

Now mash the mixture well.

Now serve the fritters with sauce and enjoy.
