Ingredients

  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Tomatoes 3 (blended)
  • Green chilies 3 (chopped)
  • Peas 1 cup (boiled)
  • Onion 1 cup heaped (finely chopped)
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil, add chopped onion, fry till light golden.

  2. Add ginger garlic paste with chicken mince, fry well.

  3. Add chili powder, salt, turmeric with blended tomatoes, cover and cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Add boiled peas with 1 cup of water, cover and cook for another 15 minutes till mince tender and oil comes on top.

  5. Serve garnished with chopped coriander and mint leaves, lastly add all spice powder.

  6. Serve with roti or plain boiled rice.
