  • Cumin seeds(crushed) 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
  • Salt & chilli Powder to taste
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat the egg whites lightly, then add the yolks, green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and the seasoning, mix well.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan, lay the sliced potatoes in a single layer, and cook till the potatoes begin to brown underneath.

  3. Then add eggs, reduce heat, cover & cook for 2-3 minutes or till eggs set like on omelette.

  4. Serve hot with bread.
