Heat oil in a pan and fry onion till golden.
Add potato, ginger garlic paste, crushed red chili and cook for a few minutes.
Add mushroom, salt and black pepper. Cover and cook.
When its dry add tomato, green chili, ginger and fresh coriander. Mix it and cook until tomato water dries.
Dish out, garnish with green chilies and ginger. Serve.
