For making white sauce:
Heat butter in a sauce pan and add flour.
Cook the flour for 3-4 minutes then add chicken stock.
Cook for 2-3 minutes then add milk stirring continuously.
When the milk begins to thicken adds black pepper and turns the flame off.
For making chicken sauce:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces.
Add chopped garlic pieces and fry for 5-6 minutes till the oil floats on top.
Add the chopped tomatoes and fry for 5-6 minutes.
Now add tomato puree, black pepper, red chili powder oregano and a pinch of salt.
Cook until the sauce thickens.
For boiling lasagna strips:
Boil water in large pot with 1tbsp oil.
Add 2-3 lasagna strips. Boil till done.
This way boils all the lasagna strips.
Remove and put them in cold water Grease the strips to prevent them from sticking.
Pour some white sauce on an oven tray.
Then place half the lasagna strips.
Place half of the boiled spinach and pour half of the meat sauce.
Pour the white sauce and sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover with the remaining lasagna strips.
Alternate with layers of white sauce, spinach, meat sauce and cheese.
Bake at 200C for 10-15 minutes.
