- Chef Zubaida Tariq prepared mincemeat gola kebabs in a handi/pot. You need to grinned mincemeat with gram flour, bread slices, spices and papaya paste then shallow fry. After that prepare a thick tasty & gravy with tomato, onion & spices then mix fried kebabs in it. Serve hot with paratha and salads.
