Ingredients

  • Potato ½ kg (small)
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Curry leaves 8-10
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds ½ tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Tamarind puree ¼ cup
  • Chaat masala ¼ tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Papri 6 (chopped)
  • Dal sev 1 packet

Cooking Directions

  1. First of all peel off potatoes and boil them.

  2. In a pan, heat oil and add curry leaves, cumin seeds along with mustard seeds.

  3. Fry them in a frying pan.

  4. Also add salt, red chili, turmeric, tamarind puree. Cook and sauté for a while.

  5. After this add potatoes, chaat masala and green chilies.

  6. Mix well and set aside from flame.

  7. In the end pour into dish and sprinkle with papri along with daal sev.

  8. Serve well.
