In a large pan heat oil and fry the chicken.
Remove the chicken from the pan and in the same oil fry the onions till they turn brown.
Now sauté the fenugreek leaves, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, ginger and garlic paste for one minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook well.
Now add the fried chicken and one cup water.
Cover and cook for on low flame 15 minutes.
Top it with finely chopped ginger, green chili, all spice powder and lemon juice.
