Ingredients

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Clarified butter 1/4 cup
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a cooking pot gently heat clarified butter.

  2. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté.

  3. Then add mutton chops, yogurt, ground cumin, all spice powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt.

  4. Cover with lid and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

  5. When chops are about to get tender, increase the flame and let the water evaporate.

  6. Grease a grill pan with some oil.

  7. Grill the mutton chops for 10 to 15 minutes.

  8. Delicious Grilled Mutton Chops are ready to serve.
