Guest, usually for 1 cup plain flour, 1 cup sugar is used. This is an average quantity. May be you use sugar less.
I tried the Hot Milk Cake recipe today and it turned out great. But I must say it was too sweet. The baked process went well and took exactly 25 min of baking process. I will try this again but I am going to change the quantity of sugar(maybe half a cup). I also added some nuts(pistachios,almond) which added a good taste as well.Does anybody else (who tried this recipe) also think the sugar quantity was a lot?
