Add onion and tomatoes in blender with half cup water and blend well.
Peel turnips and boil them.
Heat clarified butter and add onion mixture, ginger, garlic, salt, red chili, turmeric and roast well.
When clarified butter becomes up then add meat and cook for a while.
Then add two cups water and cook more.
When meat tenderized then combine boiled turnips and one cup water and cook for 10 minutes.
Finally add all spice, fresh coriander and green chilies and turn off stove.
Serve with boiled rice, salad or bread.
