Date Cake (Khajoor Cake)

First of all turn on the oven and set the thermostat to the level of 170c.

Put sugar and butter into a bowl.

Put baking powder and salt into floor.

Put boiled water one cup into dates (the dates seeds must be taken off).

Mix the sugar and butter well with mixer or egg beater.

Put eggs one by one and add floor with every egg add it into the mixture of sugar and butter and mix them well.

Now take off the water from dates and let them cool down and put dates water and dates into the mixture and continue mixing.

Put walnuts and rest of floor into the mixture and mix them also.

Now put the whole mixture into the mould and make the surface of mixture even.

Bake it into the oven for 30minutes at the temperature of 170c.

Now let the cake cool down and make the slices of your choice and serve it with fresh cream or ice-cream.
