Ingredients

  • Pound Batter Dough:
  • Butter place into a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of about 3 em deep simmering water 50 g
  • Cooking chocolate add to butter and stir until melted, remove from heat 200 g
  • Cream add and mix 100 ml
  • Eggs 3
  • Sugar 100 g
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Salt mix these ingredients and add to melted the chocolate 1 pinch
  • Walnuts crush coarsely and add 100 g
  • Sifted flour and 75 g
  • Baking powder add to the above ingredients, mix well. 1/2 tsp
  • Spoon the dough into the baking tray and spread evenly.

Cooking Directions

  1. Line a shallow baking tray, measuring about 30x20cm, with aluminum foil.

  2. Grease the foil and dust it with flour. Keep ready.

  3. Preheat the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes in medium hot oven.

  4. Cool slightly and then cut into squares.

  5. Remove the Brownies from the tray when completely cooled off.

  6. Decorate each piece with half a walnut or sprinkle with some chocolate powder.
