In a blender jug blend together the eggs ,salt, white flour, cinnamon and baking powder.
Heat some oil in a frying pan.
Pour about 3 tbsp to 1/4 cup batter from the tip of a large spoon or from a pitcher onto the hot frying pan.
Cook for about two minutes or until the pancake is golden.
Cook on the other side until golden and remove.
To prepare the filling heat some water in a pan, dissolve the sugar and cook until a thick syrup is formed.
Add the fruits into the syrup mix well and turn the flame off.
Fold the pancakes and add the fruit syrup.
Garnish with chocolate or strawberry syrup
