Banana is a sub-continental fruit. Alexander the Great was the first European who ate banana. When banana reached Europe in 326 BC, it started to be used in food in various ways. In 1880, a person named George prepared a drink with banana and tea which became very popular. Later, it was called “banana tea marya”.

  • Black Tea (Kahva) 1 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Bananas 2
  • Sugar 2 spoons
  • Ice as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend 1 cup tea kahva and  bananas in the juicer jug.

  2. Add 2 spoons of tea and shake it.

  3. Now add  fresh cream and ice cubes.

  4. Your delicious banana tea marya is ready.

  5. Pour it into a glass and serve with fresh cream.

  6. Chef’s tip: If a little sugar is added in cream, it does not become sour soon.
