  • آلو آدھا کلو
  • پیاز پانچ عدد
  • (لال مرچ آٹھ عدد (ثابت
  • لونگ چھ عدد
  • دار چینی ایک ڈنڈی
  • کالی الائچی دو عدد
  • ہری الائچی دو عدد
  • کالی مرچ آٹھ سے دس عدد
  • ادرک ایک سے دو انچ کا ٹکڑا
  • لہسن بارہ جوے
  • ہری مرچ آٹھ عدد
  • سرکہ ایک چوتھائی کپ
  • ہلدی پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • زیرہ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • رائی دانہ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • ثابت دھنیا ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • تیل حسبِ ضرورت
  • نمک حسبِ ذائقہ

  1. پین میں تیل ڈال کر گرم کریں۔

  2. آلو کاٹ کر گولڈن فرائی کرلیں اور سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں۔

  3. ہلکی آنچ پر زیرہ، رائی دانہ، ہلدی پاؤڈر، ثابت لال مرچ ڈال کر کڑکڑالیں اور ٹھنڈا کرکے اتار لیں۔

  4. پھر بلینڈر میں ڈال کر پیس لیں۔

  5. اب اس میں ادرک لہسن، کالی الائچی، ہری الائچی، کالی مرچ، لونگ، ثابت دھنیا، دار چینی اور سرکہ ڈال دیں اور پیسٹ تیار کرلیں۔

  6. پیاز ڈال کر براؤن کرلیں اور گوشت ڈال کر بھون لیں۔

  7. اب اس میں تیار پیسٹ ڈال دیں اور کچھ دیر بھون لیں۔

  8. تھوڑا سا پانی شامل کرکے پکنے رکھ دیں۔

  9. جب گوشت گل جائے تو اس میں فرائی کئے ہوئے آلو اور ہری مرچ ڈال کر پکائیں اور ڈھکن سے ڈھانپ دیں۔

  10. جب تیل اوپر آجائے تو اسے ڈش آوٹ کرلیں اور نان یا چاول کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
