Heat ghee in a pan, add cardamoms when hot.
Then add sewaiyan, stir quickly to cook evenly.
Remove to a dish.
In another pan heat the water and sugar to make sugar syrup.
Add sewaiyan and chopped nuts to it before the syrup thickens.
Cover and lower heat.
When the liquid evaporates remove to a serving dish and garnish with silver varaq and nuts.
