Rub ghee into the maida and baking powder till grainy.
Add sugar and cold water and make a dough.
Roll out into long strips.
Keep covered in a refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Take out. When at room temperature, cut into circles.
Brush with milk. Bake at 375o F. for 20 minutes till slightly brown.
