  • Sticky rice 1 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Coconut milk powder 1/2 cup
  • Fresh mango 2 large
  • Walnut as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat up a pan put water, sugar and sticky rice mix, Bring to boil. let boil for 1 time then cover with lid and cook on very low flame for 15 to 20 minutes.

  2. Check rice if water evoporate then add little bit water and coconut milk powder, mix and cook 2 minutes more.

  3. Now take 2 mangoes cut, make cube design with knife.

  4. Delicious sticky rice is ready, dish out in a platter.

  5. Garnish with mangoes and walnuts.

  6. serve and enjoy!
