Tasty chops recipe a very simple dinner or lunch curry type recipe. Chops are tenderized with tomato, potato and onion and other spices. Serve with chapati or bread.

  • Mutton chops ½ kg
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Whole spices 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • White cumin 1 ½ tsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Onion ½ kg (cut in round slice)
  • Tomato 250 gm (cut in round slice)
  • Potato 250 gm (cut in round slice)
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil add whole mixed spices with chops, fry for 5 minute.

  2. Add ginger garlic, chili powder, salt, cumin, ¼ cup water, fry well.

  3. Add 1 cup water cover and cook till chops nearly tender.

  4. Then add onion, potatoes and tomatoes.

  5. Put on low flame till vegetables tender.

  6. Lastly sprinkle coriander leaves and green chilies.

  7. Serve with roti.
