Mince and potato kebabs are very delicious side side. Its prepared with green vegetables like mint, coriander leaves and spring onion. Try these kebabs for lunch/dinner side dish or with noon tea as snack you will fine it in diffrent taste texture. Serve and enjoy hot with green chuttni or chilli garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • Mince ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chili 6
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Mint 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion 4
  • Potatoes ½ kg (boiled)
  • Cumin 1 tsp (stirred)
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 2 tsp
  • Egg 2
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. In mince, add ginger garlic, red chili powder and salt and cook it for 10 minutes with pan lid closed.

  2. Chop green chilies, coriander, mint and spring onions and mix all .

  3. Then in a pan, add potatoes, green masala, cumin, fennel seeds, black pepper and salt in it to cook.

  4. Then turn of mince flame and let it cool to room temperature and then mix it with potato mixture properly.

  5. In the end, form mixture into small kebabs and coat them into egg and fry in hot oil.

  6. Delicious Potato and Mince Kebabs are ready to serve.
